If you are planning on starting your own web site and have not chosen a domain name as of yet and want to get targeted traffic from the search engine marketing then consider a good keyword domain that is related to your web site topic. This simple technique has proven to work with search engine marketing for indexing (position) and overall keyword weighting. Now there are other factors to get considered by search engines like properly preparing your meta tags in the html. The meta tags that still hold importance to search are Title Tags, and Description Tags. Keyword tags do not hold the same importance like it use to. Another important factor is on page keywords, these are relevant keywords found on the body text of your website and choosing the proper keywords with relevance, keyword weighting (4-7%), as well as keyword proximity will be the difference between your website getting listed page 40 or page 2 or even page one in search engines.
Another important internet marketing puzzle piece for search engines is link building. This is the process were you get your website links listed on other important websites. There are different ways do accomplish this - reciprocal links and one way linking. Reciprocal linking involves you trading links with other webmasters, be sure that your website topic is relevant to link partners site. The other link building option is one way linking; this process involves you submitting your site to directories in the proper categories. Which is better? Research has shown that one way linking holds more importance to internet marketing In search engines that reciprocal. How many links should I drop? Never stop dropping links. You should continuously do link building it shows your site as importance to search engines. Remember when submitting links to have you text link contain important keywords relevant to your site.

Neurotransmitters (NTs) are essential chemical messengers that regulate brain,
muscle, nerve and organ function. The most common NTs are serotonin, dopamine,
norepinephrine, and epinephrine. Low levels of these important chemicals is
extremely common in the general public and is due to innumerable lifestyle,
environmental, and dietary factors. This article is intended to help the reader
determine whether they may be deficient in NTs and how evaluation and treatment
of this disorder can help.
People with neurotransmitter deficiency disorder can suffer from one or more of the
following conditions: obesity, depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue,
insomnia, attention deficit, learning disorders, panic attacks, migraines, pms,
menopausal symptoms, digestive complaints and many more.
Selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and other drugs working on the
neurotransmitter biochemistry such as Prozac, Zoloft, Effexor, Celexa, Wellbutrin,
etc. are currently some of the most commonly prescribed drugs. They work by
artificially increasing the amount of serotonin in the synapse of the nerve which
allows a temporary improvement in the chemical messaging system.
The problem with this approach is that these drugs DO NOT increase serotonin
levels and in fact deplete reserves of the NT. This occurs because the SSRI class
drugs cause an increase in an enzyme called MAO. It is common for people to
experience only temporary improvement due to this effect.
The most effective way to correct a neurotransmitter deficiency is to perform a
simple urine test to measure the NT levels. The treatment for optimizing the
neurotransmitter levels is to provide the basic amino acid precursors or building
blocks so the body can replenish the inadequate levels.
The true value of any treatment is the results it produces. Using this approach over
the last year, I have helped coach many patients to a higher level of wellness.
Patients with chronic depression, anxiety, and or insomnia have experienced a new
sense of wellbeing while continuing their prescription, others have successfully
weaned themselves off their prescription SSRI drugs after their symptoms have
improved. Weight loss patients using slightly higher amino acid dosing consistently
lose 1.5-2.5 lbs. per week without hunger while improving their lean muscle/body
fat ratios.
FAQs regarding Dr. Nelson’s NT program for anxiety and depression
Q. If I am already taking SSRI drugs, can I safely use this amino acid approach?
A. In my clinical experience I have seen great results with patients who have been on
SSRI drugs for many many years. First, we get the person feeling better, then if the
patient chooses, we slowly wean them off their prescription drugs.
Q. How does amino acid therapy increase NT levels?
A. 5HTP is converted into serotonin and then melatonin. Phenylalanine is converted
into tyrosine, then dopamine, L-Dopa, norepinephrine, and lastly epinephrine.
Q. How do you measure for the neurotransmitter levels in order to determine
appropriate treatment?
A. The levels for epinephrine, norepinephrine, dopamine, serotonin, GABA, PEA,
histamine, and many others can be measured with a simple urine test. An initial
urine test can be given and then repeated after 6 to 12 weeks of therapy to
determine optimal neurotransmitter levels have been obtained.
Q. Are there any side effects associated with the amino acid neurotransmitter
therapy?
A. Not only are there no side effects, but there are numerous side benefits. People
with depression often find relief not only from depression but also insomnia,
fatigue, GI symptoms, chronic pain, pms, menopausal symptoms, obesity, food
cravings, etc. In a small amount of people (less than 5%) people could have gastro
intestinal symptoms such as nausea, cramping, diarrhea, etc. This occurs in people
with severe neurotransmitter deficiency. This usually occurs within the first three
days and is solved by stopping all amino acids. Therapy is continued at very low
dosing after symptoms abate and then slowly increased to therapeutic levels over
three to six weeks.
Q. How long will it take until my symptoms of depression/anxiety improve?
A. Each individual responds differently to treatment. Some patients have noticed
incredible improvements in moods in a few days, others don’t notice any
improvements for a period of time (sometimes 3-4 months) and then notice gradual
improvements over the following 3 to 6 months, most patients notice gradual
improvements beginning after 1 month of treatment and then continue to improve.
Q. What should I expect during a normal course of evaluation and treatment?
A. Evaluation involves an initial office visit to determine overall health history,
prescription drug levels, severity of symptoms, and any related health concerns.
There is an optional urine test for neurotransmitter levels. Treatment consists of the
following:
1. Conditioning Phase - a one to two week period to prepare the patient for higher
levels of therapeutic amino acid dosing.
2. Therapeutic Phase - a period lasting anywhere from two months to 1 year+ where
high levels of amino acids are given to restore the neurotransmitter levels.
3. Maintenance Phase - ongoing treatment with a small amount of amino acids to
maintain the levels of neurotransmitters. This provides enough amino acids to
replace the neurotransmitters excreted throughout the day.
Q. Will I need to stay on amino acid therapy indefinitely?
A. Most people need to stay on a low level maintenance dose in order to continue
to feel well after their 2 month to 1 year plus treatment phase. If people stop taking
the amino acids, their neurotransmitter levels will slowly decrease over time.
Q. What amino acids are used in this therapy?
A. The amino acids used depend on the unique situation. The therapy will include
any number of the following: 5HTP, tyrosine, phenylalanine, cysteine, mucuna
(herbal L-Dopa), theanine, glutamine, taurine, methionine, GABA, phosphorylated b
vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants.
Q. What is the approximate cost of the therapy?
A. The cost of the neurotransmitter replacement therapy can range from $80 to
$120+ during the therapeutic phase. After the patients symptoms have improved
and the urine tests show optimal levels, the cost for the maintenance therapy is
significantly less.
Q. What’s the success rate for anxiety and depression using this approach?
A. Anxiety and Depression are conditions that are multi-factorial. Patients that
follow the dietary recommendations, take the supplements and don’t give up before
the neurotransmitters levels have been restored have a very high success rate. This
natural therapy corrects the biochemical imbalance associated with these
conditions. Patients working with a qualified counselor or therapist to address the
mental and emotional aspects of these conditions have an even higher success rate.

Not all relationships go smoothly. Even the best relationships have their rocky parts. What can you do to prepare for the bad times?
1) Limitations
Just because you grow, doesn’t mean that your search engine marketing company will. This means that you may need to seek a company that can fulfill you needs, or even hire someone on who can take care of your needs. Either way, just be aware that there is the possibility that you and your current company may part ways down the road as you get bigger. A good way to prevent this is by making sure that the company you start with can handle a wide variety of problems, and that it looks like it will grow with you.
2) Seven Year Itch
There seems to come a time in most relationships where one or both partners want to try something new. Business relationships aren’t particular immune to this phenomenon; marketing companies decided to drop clients as they decide that they don’t want to deal with certain kinds of clients, and your company may decide to go in an entirely new direction, and your current search engine marketing company can’t go with you. Just make sure that you occasionally ask for, and receive backups, of what the company has done for you, and you will be well prepared for when this happens.
3) Death Of A Partner
The vast majority of businesses do not survive. That is a sad, sad fact. Unfortunately, when the search engine marketing company that you needed to do your marketing is no longer in business, it can be severely disable your business. As above, just make sure that you get the occasional back-up of all files related to your business, and you can pass those files to your next company.
4) Lack of Performance
Rarely, a search engine marketing company will start out doing what you want them to, and then stop doing it as well, either do to personal problems, personnel changes, or other issues. At that stage, you need to discuss the problem with the person, and find out if the problem is just temporary. Based on that, decide if looking for another company is in your future.
Being aware of problems before they happen allows you to solve the problem before it happens. These tips should help you to prepare for most of the problems you will face.

Deciding whether a particular marketing program is profitable to your business is often more subjective than the accountants would have you believe. You should not only consider the direct revenue and costs associated with a marketing program, but you should also think about the long term impact on your business.
The full benefits gained from a marketing program are not directly and immediately measurable. Many benefits happen over time. Advertising; brand building and awareness; Web site improvements; and other types of programs may be profitable in the long run but costly in the short term. Often, the best approach for these programs is to first set aside a budget, then spend your budget on the program(s) with the most potential for long term success.
Investments in improvements — such as a redesign of your Web site — may seem unprofitable at first, but are nonetheless the right thing to do. Many of these programs are beneficial because they keep you from losing business to your competitors over time. For these types of projects, the correct question to ask is “What happens if I do this versus if I do not?” Know how much your business must grow over time to make the improvement worthwhile and compare this to your potential business growth. If the cost is not reasonable compared to the potential, then look for other solutions.
Another reason the benefits of a marketing program may not be directly measurable is because new customers gained as a result of the program may, over time, buy from you more than once (i.e. have a lifetime value that is greater than the profit from a single purchase). Also, happy customers tend to refer additional customers by spreading the word about your goods and services. Both of these factors indirectly increase a marketing program’s overall profit.
Making Assumptions
Predicting profitability can be a series of “best guesses” based on assumptions. In fact, you could probably manipulate your assumptions to make a program as profitable (or unprofitable) as you wish. A more successful approach, however, is to try to legitimately forecast profit. Be as reasonable as you can with assumptions, and then decrease your expected revenue by 20% - 25%. Often, results (either costs or revenue) come in worse than reasonably expected for a variety of unforeseen reasons.
Figuring Break Even Point
For promotional programs, you can decide how much to spend on the program by figuring out your break even point. One way to do this - while also taking into account longer term profits - is by basing the break even analysis on the amount of profit you expect to earn from new customers gained through the promotion, both now and in the future. To figure the break even point in this way, you should know:
1) the program’s expected response rate,
2) the program’s expected conversion rate, and
3) the lifetime value of a new customer.
Here, the response rate is defined as the percentage of those exposed to your program that you expect will take you up on your call to action.
For the formulas in Part 2 of this article, express the response rate as a decimal (Examples: 1%=.01. One-half percent=.005)
Conversion rate definition is the percentage of responders you expect to become customers. For the formulas in Part 2, express the conversion rate in decimal form (Examples: 10%=.1. 1%=.01. One-half percent=.005).
The lifetime value of a new customer is the amount of dollar profit you will make from the customer over a certain time period. It is common to define lifetime as anywhere from 18 months to two years.
Response and conversion rates can vary widely, depending upon how targeted your prospects are, how well your offer is written, and how involved the purchase decision is for your product. The type of program also has an impact on your response and conversion rates. To estimate these rates for your program, you can look to your past experience and/or ask the program vendor. You can also search on general marketing and research Web sites to find rules of thumb for your type of program. In all cases, document your assumptions. You will need them later to analyze program results.
In Part 2 — http://www.websitemarketingplan.com/online/breakeven.htm — I will look at three ways to approach break even analysis, depending on how the marketing program is structured.

How much chemotherapy does an obese woman need? Typically an obese woman with breast cancer would receive reduced doses of chemotherapy as they battle breast cancer. Back in June of 2005, a study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine concluded that obese women should receive chemotherapy based on actual women, and not in reduced amounts as the standard practice.
And now again a study presented in the August 2005 edition of Lancet claims that doctors should not reduce chemotherapy doses for obese women when no receptors for the hormone oestrogen have been found on the breast cancer cells. This type of cancer is called oestrogen-receptor negative.
Clinicians often reduce chemotherapy doses for obese patients because of worries about how the treatment may react with the patient and affect their overall health.
According to the study’s director Marco Colleoni of the European Institute of Oncology, Italy, and his colleagues, reducing the first course of chemotherapy for obese patients with oestrogen-receptor negative breast cancer proves “detrimental”.
Colleoni and his team looked at the relation between body-mass index (BMI), chemotherapy dose reduction, oestrogen receptor expression, and outcome for pre-menopausal women with breast cancer by examining data from four randomized trials.
They found that 97 out of 249 obese patients received less than 85% of protocol specified dose during the first course of chemotherapy compared with patients with normal and intermediate BMI.
Obese patients with oestrogen-receptor negative disease that received 85% or more of the first protocol specified dose had significantly better disease-free survival and overall survival than those who received less than 85% of the normally recommended dosage.
Yet, obese patients with oestrogen-receptor positive breast cancer who had reduced doses of chemotherapy did not have a significant difference in their outcome compared with those given the recommended chemotherapy doses.
And contrary to popular practice, the researchers also noticed that obese patients initially treated with protocol doses of chemotherapy did not have more toxicity than patients who received reduced doses.
Dr Marco Colleoni concluded that, “Our findings suggest that for women with ER-absent or ER-low tumours, reduction in chemotherapy dose should be avoided.”
The message for obese women coping with cancer is to be aware of your risks and rights. Ask your doctor will she recommend lower doses of chemotherapy for you based on your weight and ask why.

If I were to mention exercise what is the first thing that comes to mind. The majority of us would no doubt conjure up an image of a sweaty bodybuilder grunting as he attempts to lift an astronomical weight, or perhaps you picture a slim, muscle toned aerobics instructor vigorously going through the movements of box aerobics shouting out maneuvers to her students. Both of these images depict individuals who are ‘taking it to the limit’, pushing themselves to their maximum and beyond to reach their fitness goals, thereby increasing their stamina while building a muscle toned physique. Such fitness pros establish routine workouts and proper diet in order to obtain the physical benefits they desire.
What does all of this have to do with your marketing? Just what is meant by exercising your marketing skills? How can you tone your marketing muscles and become skillful in your marketing techniques?
To begin, lets define exercise. There are three applicable definitions we are going to discuss, taking each one at a time.
1.Repetition of an action so as to develop or maintain one’s skill.
Now ask yourself what are some things I can routinely do to sharpen my marketing skills? Just as the bodybuilder has a daily regimen of diet and exercise, so, too, should you have a daily regimen of study, and practice. To attain marketing skills it is essential to take in knowledge on a daily basis. Perhaps you only have fifteen minutes each day. The serious bodybuilder understands that even 15 minutes a day of exercise can put him closer toward his fitness goals.
A bodybuilder would never leave his fitness to guesswork. He knows that it is essential to his progress that he learns the proper methods of weight lifting. He may even hire a trainer. This will not only ensure his success, but in so doing the bodybuilder is reducing the risk of pitfalls such as sport injuries. By the same token, the trainer is able to keep the bodybuilder motivated.
It is essential for you to approach marketing training with the same discipline. Not only will you more quickly develop marketing skills, but you will be less likely to become weary and unfocused. Make it a practice to learn something new every day. Obtain the necessary information from reliable and professional sources to become proficient
Develop your marketing strength with the help of a marketing trainer. While creative thinking is a marvelous tool to be utilized, you also need to seek help from professionals who have already mastered the art of marketing.
2…to carry out the functions, requirements, or terms of..
Once the bodybuilder has a routine (a plan of action) he must diligently work at it. He could not expect to see results without action on his part. Nor would he build physical stamina if he skipped his workouts. Each time he returned to his regimen, it would be as if he were starting anew. He would have gained very little benefit. The effects would be minimal. In time, he may become disillusioned and give up. In short, the bodybuilder must make a commitment to routinely carry out the requirements of his workout in order to reach and maintain his fitness goals.
As you take in instruction on marketing you will perceive there are certain mundane tasks (advertising procedures, customer care, ad tracking, etc.) that you must give attention to in order to fine tune your marketing results. These are all necessary steps to success
So then the first step in exercising your marketing skills is to obtain the necessary knowledge to strengthen your marketing muscles. Develop a plan of action. Continue to reevaluate your goals. Ascertain if you what you are doing is leading you in the direction of those goals. Make the commitment to be diligent and not quit. Think success. Stay focused. Do some- thing daily that educates you and keeps you motivated. Remember ‘knowledge is power ‘and thru your acquired knowledge you will develop techniques that work.
…to bring to bear steadily or forcefully…
Through an habitual, laborious and sometimes tiring course of action the bodybuilder achieves results and acquires the desired physical fitness and muscular body. He knows his success came as a result of commitment and hard work. It would be folly on his part to think that he could achieve such results instantaneously. He continued working at it even when it seemed there was not much progress exercising faith that his continued efforts would bring success.
At first, especially if you are brand new to marketing, you may feel inadequate. There may be times you have tried every thing you have learned and it seems nothing is working. Do not dismay, this does not mean you cannot do it. All success paths start off with trials and even failures. That is part of the learning process. You can succeed if you do not give up.
Real success comes with time and work. Do not fall prey to the myriad of ‘instant riches’ promises that abound on the web. Marketing techniques which will bring success to your business will be developed gradually until one day you will realize that you have acquired the fine tuned skills to market your business successfully.

So many people try to make a go at making a living online. Making a living meaning at least a fairly significant part-time income if not full-time, gangbusters, all out profitable business.
Except most people who will be among the list of failed attempts in 2005 are not actually “in business.” They are looking for the easy, quick buck. And since there is no such thing, they will walk away from the opportunity of a lifetime because they shied away from work.
What always confounds me about that is that people keep working for other people. For a set amount of income. At set amounts of time per week and according to the whims of an actual boss. They can’t be working any LESS at a regular job. Yet when they see the work it takes to actually do very well online, they back off and go back to real work with no possibility of generating wealth.
No big deal. No loss to you and me. What I really want to focus on is getting YOU out of that mentality which might still be engrained in you which is holding you back from your potential. Take one of your former employers as an example. Do you think they built the company in a month? Two? Heck no!
But with the internet, people have been misguided into thinking things happen overnight when, in fact, they do not. All those slimy salesletters we all read when we started out get subconciously embedded in us to the point that we actually think it is not only possible to become an overnight success, we believe we deserve it!
Neither is the case. You have to prove your mettle in online business just as much as offline. You have to sacrifice, work, sweat, and work some more. But this work is different. It is YOUR work and YOUR business you are working for. That, to me, is worth every moment of time I spend on it. But I have always had an extreme phobia of being an employee with a boss. Never did make a good employee at any job I held. I had no reason to care because I had no stake in the work I did.
Real businesses are built one step at a time. And most importantly, they are built over time, not all at once. Definitely not with the click of a button or by signing up with some company and getting a cookie cutter site.
So your assignment today is to think about the next best step in your business. Just that and nothing else. What do you need to do to further your business NEXT? I am sure you have thought a lot about the end goal, but to reach it you must take one step at a time, have patience and persistance, and realize that while you’d rather be out shopping, fishing, golfing, sailing or something else, right now you are working to further your business so you can do all the things you want just a bit later.
You are building something of value, I hope. And value takes time to build. But, like John Reese says, if you build a business based on real tangible assets you can always rely on to support the business, you are building security and a solid presence you can count on to bring you profits for a lifetime.
Stay away from the scams and schemes. Build your business based upon the needs of your visitors and always make decisions based on their best interests and everything just falls into place.
Ignore the tricks you think you have pull for the search engines and focus on your customers needs and you will get the best of both sales and rankings. Take the time to keep up on your industry and know your market. Use common sense. Build your empire one step at a time and as a real business rather than a money making scheme.

WARNING: Don’t weight train until after you’ve lost weight!
No, no, please don’t believe that headline! That’s one of the many myths associated with weight loss and fitness. If you’re interested in losing weight and getting fit as quickly as possible, don’t let these myths throw you off track:
Myth #1 - Some fancy exercise machine-of-the-month burns more calories than any other exercise.
FACT - One thing that many people seem to be confused about is how many calories are expended during different types of exercise. For example, I receive lots of questions regarding how many calories are burned with fancy exercise machines or certain unusual exercises that are supposed to burn lots of calories.
Don’t be fooled by this stuff! Here’s the bottom line - caloric expenditure is directly related to the amount of effort an activity requires. In general, the more difficult it feels, the more calories you burn. The easier it feels,
the fewer calories you burn.
That’s it! I don’t care how fancy or expensive the equipment is, the harder you work the more calories you burn.
Myth #2 - Weight training with free weights is much more effective than with machines.
FACT - For the purposes of general fitness, muscle toning, and weight loss, it doesn’t matter. My suggestion is to do whichever you are most comfortable with and are most likely to do on a regular basis.
Myth #3 - Low intensity exercise puts you in the “fat burning zone” and is ideal for weight loss.
FACT - The “fat burning zone” doesn’t matter. Here’s how it got started. Your body is always “burning” a mixture of carbohydrates and fat for fuel. This mixture tends to contain a little more fat during lower intensity exercise.
Somebody took this to mean that a lower intensity workout was best for losing weight.. not so!
It all comes from the same “pot”. It doesn’t matter if you’re burning a little more fat or a little more carbohydrate at any particular time in your fuel mix. It all comes from the same calorie pool. The bottom line is, how many calories are you burning. With higher intensity exercise you’re burning more calories.
Myth #4 - Exercising for 30 minutes two to three times per week is sufficient for weight loss.
FACT - That’s better than doing nothing but it’s not optimal. I firmly believe our bodies are designed to be active daily. When we exercise daily we are healthier, leaner, more energetic, and the list goes on and on.
Also, daily exercise boosts your metabolism like nothing else can. I recommend working up to 30 to 60 minutes of daily aerobic exercise and three days of weight training per week.
Myth #5 - You can lose fat from a specific part of your body by doing an exercise for that part of your body. For example, abdominal crunches will remove fat from your abdominal area.
FACT - You can’t spot reduce! You cannot control where fat is removed from your body.
Myth #6 - You can’t lose weight.
FACT - You CAN lose weight but it often happens much slower than you’d like it to. Believing that you CAN lose weight is critical to making it happen. Realize that if you are
consistently doing the right things, it will happen. Don’t get side-tracked by every new crazy diet or exercise gizmo.
Myth #7 - You shouldn’t start weight training until you’ve lost most of the weight you want to lose because it will slow down your fat loss, or trap your fat in the muscle, or who knows what else.
FACT - Weight training is VITAL to a weight loss program because it turns up the metabolic fires that burn calories -and it tones your muscles. You should start weight training immediately.
Myth #8 - You burn more fat if you exercise on an empty stomach.
FACT - Exercising on an empty stomach does not affect how you lose weight. In fact, it may hinder it if you don’t have the energy to exercise. Eating or not eating before exercise should strictly be a matter of personal preference.
Myth #9 - You should always do your weight training just before your aerobic exercise session because you burn more fat that way. I’ve even heard that you should weight train, eat two raw carrots, and then do your aerobic exercise.
FACT - The order in which you exercise does not affect how you lose weight. I always recommend weight training just after your aerobic exercise (such as walking) simply because your muscles are warm and supple and much less prone to injuries.
Myth #10 - You’ll burn more calories jogging a mile than walking a mile.
FACT - Caloric expenditure is 62 calories per 100 pounds body weight per mile traveled (walked or jogged). For example, if you weight 150 pounds, you expend 93 calories per mile walked or jogged (62 x 1.5). Of course, if you’re jogging, you’ll cover the distance in less time than if you’re walking. Thus, you’ll burn more calories in a given period of time if you’re jogging.
